Photography Training
Teens can spend a day with a professional photographer, getting personalized digital photography training for shooting people, animals, objects and landscapes. Learn the magic of drawing with natural & artificial photographic lighting. Learn creative posing tricks to keep your portraits lifelike. Your photography training day can be custom tailored to your liking and interests.
Requirements
- Age: 10-18.
- Must be a resident of York county, PA or Baltimore/Harford counties, MD.
- Must be very interested in photography & personally want the day’s training session.
- Must have a friend (age 10-18) accompany them throughout the day’s photography training who is willing to act as a model, posing for any needed pictures.
- If the friend is also very interested in photography, the two can rotate being photographer and being model throughout the day.
- Each student must bring a digital camera, plenty of batteries, adequate flash memory cards.
- Parents will need to sign a minor model releases for each student involved; parents will be provided all relevant forms to sign.
- Based on the location of the shoot, students may need to bring a bag lunch as well as plenty of fluids to drink.
Location
The photography training session for teens can take place at your home (inside or outside), at a local county/state park, or at another location of your choice (where you can obtain permission to take pictures). For non public properties, a location release form will need to be signed by the property owners giving us permission to take pictures on site. If you are interested in doing the training at a local county/state park, we may have some recommendations if you don’t already have a specific park in mind. The location must be in York county, PA or Baltimore/Harford counties, MD.
Cost

As a professional photographer, Andrew has worked for many years with teens, instructing them with both digital photography as well as digital videography. Andrew is a creative artistic photographer, ready to tackle any commercial or private shoot opportunity that comes his way. He loves crafting with light to create memorable pictures that capture moments in time. Your teen is guaranteed to enjoy our “day with the photographer” crash course training or we’ll refund your money completely.
