Standard Model Release Forms

A signed model release form is needed for each person recognizably present within the photo shoot.

TFP Model Release Forms

TFP (time for prints) model release forms are used when a model exchanges her/his modeling time in return for free photographic prints, typically by download or delivered via CD, DVD or USB flash drive. At Sozo Photo Studio, we currently offer only downloadable images for all TFP photo shoots.

Property Release Forms

A signed property release form is needed for most location shoots, granting us permission to conduct a photo shoot on that property.
